Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with us you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the user accepts that the landowner maintains control and possession of the field at all times.
Use of the field is entirely at the users own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or whilst on the property.
We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the field. The user is responsible for their dog at all times whilst on the property.
The field is to be used as an area for exercising dogs and for no other purpose.
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.
All dogs must be healthy and fully up to date with vaccinations and wormers.
Please respect our neighbours and do not park or walk on surrounding land.
If you own a dog currently on the banned breed list (including XL Bully 'types' from 31.12.23) you must comply with current legislation.

Booking

All bookings are to be made via the website www.pawsinthepaddock.com
A maximum of 6 dogs are permitted on the field at any one time (due to planning conditions).
Bookings are in 25 minute and 55 minute slots. Please ensure you vacate the field promptly in order for the next user to start their session on time.
Payment for field hire is required at the time of booking. The booking will not be valid without payment and a confirmation email.
The padlock combination will be stated in your confirmation email.
Bookings are non-transferable. The person who made the booking must be present and ensure that anyone accompanying is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.
If you arrive late the booking cannot be extended.

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled up to 24 hours before your time slot, however they can be transferred to an alternative date/time up to 3 hours before your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or change time slots if deemed necessary.

The Field

The field and fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security but please contact us if you have any concerns.
Users must inspect the field prior to use to ensure it is suitable for their dog.
Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. If digging does occur please ensure holes are filled in prior to leaving the field.
Please take your toys and litter home with you.
It is your responsibility to pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bin provided.
During bad weather the field may get muddy so please wear suitable footwear and clothing.
Please do not groom your dog in the field.
No smoking is permitted on the field.
Please ensure that you lock up securely when you leave.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your time slot and only enter the field when the previous user has exited the field.

Parking

All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss/damage whilst on the property.
On arrival park on the driveway, wait in your vehicle for the previous user to exit then park in the designated parking area within the field. Please do not park or drive on the grass.
When entering the field please ensure the gate is secured to the post to prevent it from swinging and hitting your vehicle.
It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.

Children

Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
